The line can get pretty long, but the fish and chips here are always worth the wait-crispy, tasty, and served in generous portions. I love grabbing a strawberry milkshake and soaking in the cool vibe with all the local sports photos lining the walls while enjoying the great view of the lake. The staff handle the busy crowd like pros, and it's definitely a classic spot to hit up when you're around Hamilton, especially on a sunny day by the water.

The wait can be lengthy, but the food and ice cream consistently make it worthwhile. After visiting for the last decade, I find the fish and chips to be exceptional, and the view of the lake adds to the experience. The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, with friendly staff and plenty of seating options, making it an enjoyable stop any time of year.
