This evening was my first time ordering from Canton Restaurant and it was amazing!! The combo was enough for two people and the food was sooo fresh and tasty! My order was ready on-time and it was hot! The young lady who served me was friendly and the final thing I really like about my experience is their food containers (not the one for the sauce) are plastic and recyclable. That’s important to me. My family and I will definitely be return customers!

Awful....we ordered the Dinner for 2....
The chicken balls were definitely deep fried at least twice!
The Egg rolls definitely deep fried at least twice
Chicken fried rice had soya sauce only...no chicken
Not fit...we paid $30...unbelievable!

We always take out at Jackie Zhou's across the street from Canton...could not believe the difference!

So disappointed!!

This place is riding a minor high as the best Chinese food in SJ. It will not last based on the food I ordered yesterday. Kung Pao chicken is a spicy dish with peanuts, chili peppers and vegetables. I ordered 2 for group and received a dish of 90% onion with not 1 peanut in two orders. The onions, which featured heavily in the entire order, seemed to have been cooked in a bland chicken broth.
Onions are the cheapest of filler vegetables. In effect I paid $105 for a 5 pound bag of onions. The 2 star was given as the Cantonese chow mein was tasty, but light on ingredients. This type of sharp practice on the food means I will not return and cannot imagine other people find this acceptable.

If you want good cheap chinese food this is the place!

The food is good however take out orders take so long! For example ,on a Thursday night it takes 1 1/4 hours for a small take out order.

This is by far the best Chinese food I've had in a while! The chicken balls were great and the rice is perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant.
