Having visited Pho Bang in New York, I was eager to find a comforting meal in Montreal's Chinatown over New Year's weekend, especially with many shops closed. Despite a smaller menu and some mixed reviews on dishes like the pork summer rolls, I enjoyed the hearty pho and the friendly atmosphere, making it a worthwhile experience during my trip.

Being from New York, I've had my share of Vietnamese food, and I was eager to find comfort in Chinatown during my Montreal visit. Despite the smaller menu, I tried several dishes, including the pork summer rolls and pho, but the flavors didn't quite match what I remember from home.
