Louis Gervais Fine Foods catered two events for me, each with around 150-170 guests, and they were absolutely fantastic in every way. The service team was incredibly talented, the menu options were fabulous, and the treats were really tasty - my guests loved the food. The family-style meal they provided at our wedding was exceptional, especially the delicious salmon and lemon mini-tart. I appreciated Kelly and Chef Louie's efforts to help us find a creative solution for our event, even though they couldn't fully cater it on that day.
