I had a dining experience where I felt conflicted about the service received. The server was accommodating when it came to my steak preparation preference, but there were issues with drink refills and undercooked pasta. Despite these setbacks, the kindness and attentiveness of our waitress, Kenzi, stood out positively, making the overall experience better. I appreciated the efforts of the staff, especially Kenzi, in ensuring our night was enjoyable despite the challenges faced during the meal.
