Red Sail is a charming family-run Cantonese restaurant, offering a nostalgic menu that resonates with Chinese Canadians from past decades. During our midweek visit at 3:00 pm, we were warmly greeted by one of the owners in the serene, unoccupied dining space. Our selection of dishes, such as the flavorful beef with broccoli and the elegant chicken with snow peas in a crispy taro nest, showcased generous portions of fresh vegetables, catering to traditional Chinese preferences. The attentive service from both the owner and the welcoming waitress enhanced our dining experience, while the cozy ambiance, illuminated by a skylight and devoid of distracting TV screens, provided a relaxed setting for our meal.

Terrible food and service....Sent my soo guy with no grave...Chicken balls we all Gough and cold....Tiny sauce.and when I called to say they forgot the sauce ,they said no problem ,free meal on us next time. I called today to put my order in to get my free meal and of course they lied to me and now the story changed to OH...We never promised a free meal only an egg roll and soup or a free gravy...I tried to argue my point and they said look, we don't have time for this, I'll call you back at 730 pm!!! Dinner is over then....STAY FAR AWAY...TERRIBLE FOOD AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEM IN MY LIFE...TRYING LI'S INSTEAD.
