Fast, efficient, hot and delicious. Only the drive-thru was open but wait was minimal. Had a hankering for kfc and drove 3 hrs to get it. Was NOT disappointed.

Very delayed service - an hour to have an individual order. Vast orders seem to have been interfering in two vehicles ahead. The staff representative suggests that he was off shift but came in since the supervisor had not shown up. It sounds unfair that he had to deal
with inadequate staffing and huge orders. Is the latter not limited? There were 10
vehicles in a line up at 3 pm due to the huge order ahead. Set some limit on overconsumption of drive throughs. This is unacceptable to be a regional food supplier.
