During a recent shopping day, my friend and I decided to grab a bite at the food court. We settled near the New York Fries area and were enticed by the delicious aroma of freshly made poutines. Opting for a classic poutine, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and the generous portions of gravy and cheese that adorned the perfectly cooked fries. The combination of squeaky cheese curds, flavorful gravy, and hot fries made for a truly indulgent and satisfying experience that left us craving more.
