The service was ok not good. I went in to order food for my daughter april 27, 2015 at about 7:15 pm. They were young boys. The one at the take out window was swearing around as I was going to the washroom, he was saying that's why you don't get f***ing laid to a customer going in drive through, I was assuming a friend. Then he kept telling the customer f**k off and laughing. He looked at me as I was waiting for my food. I seen on his name tag that it had said supervisor......not a very good example set. No respect for other customers. The music is usually blasted in there so I refuse to sit in there anymore. I ordered a bucket of chicken and they said it would be ten minutes. Then I found out they forgot to flip the chicken and asked if I could wait another 25 minutes....so asked for my money back and left. Turning into a sad place, I still like KFC but will not get it from here anymore. Too many young kids working in there, I received chicken one night from a friend that went to smithers and a piece was raw, I phoned and they took my name and number and said to go and get my three piece chicken for nothing. I won't bother with this KFC again until I hear of responsible adults working in there.
