When I walked in, I was greeted by a cozy dining area with just a few tables and a chef's bar, all enhanced by the charming artificial cherry blossom trees. I enjoyed a spicy tuna hand roll that was packed with flavor and complemented by crunchy cucumber sticks, while the soft shell crab roll was also impressive. Although the atmosphere could use a little more warmth and the music was a bit distracting, the friendly staff and consistently good sushi make this my go-to for quick takeout in Maple Ridge.
