The Hainanese chicken at this restaurant is a must-try! The chicken is tender, with a flavorful savoury taste that is enhanced by the crunchy skin. The accompanying sauces, a ginger-green onion and a vinegary-chilli one, complement the chicken perfectly. The rice, cooked in chicken fat and broth, adds an extra layer of deliciousness to the meal.
