During a recent stroll, I decided to stop in at a charming shop specializing in pastizzi and Maltese delicacies, having passed it countless times without entering. The owner, Julius Zammit, exuded warmth and hospitality, and the pastizzi I tasted were exceptional-flaky, chewy, and bursting with flavor-making my visit truly memorable.
