At Coquitlam Centre food court, I've found a fantastic option that offers great value for my meal. The combination of two meats and one vegetable with rice or noodles is generous enough to satisfy two people, and I particularly enjoy the blackened chicken and spicy fried fish topped with bourbon sauce. While it blends flavors from different cuisines, the freshness and deliciousness of the food consistently make it a great choice when I'm looking for a quick bite.
