Great service. Somma borscht was thick and tasty. Egg salad on toasted brown was just right.

Great burgers! One of the best in town. Great prices too. Haven't tried their other offerings but as far as burgers go it's better than that other place anyway (hello Hut - put some meat in your buns if you want to become #1 again!).

We've eaten at this restaurant both inside and take out. The food was great, the service was great, and would highly recommend this for good ole Mennonite food. One night we had the fish and chips which were the special, and again, just great. I can't quite figure out what happened with Leonard Krahn, but this experience he is writing about is what we experienced in the same location, but the previous restaurant. The noodle soup is my favourite, and the same recipe as the Triangle Oasis in Winkler.

My wife and I took my brother and his wife out for dinner at The Altona Mall Diner yesterday Feb.18,2017. Truly the worst meal we all have eaten in years. Each serving was cold and very bland. We were not asked during the time we were eating our meal if everything was OK or how our meals were? Will not dine there again.
