I discovered a deliciously indulgent dish at this restaurant - the Gratin Bonne Fourchette. It's like a gourmet twist on a classic breakfast, with bacon, eggs, homefrieds, jalapenos, bechamel, and cheese all baked together. My health-conscious friends recommended the pancakes, but I couldn't resist the gratin.
