The service is always excellent, with fast delivery and accurate orders, the pizza selections are consistently impressive, and since the recent ownership change, this has become one of my favorite pizza joints in North Bay, offering great quality at affordable prices in a clean environment.

We ordered 2 pizza with light sauce, and double bacon. We received both pizzas , and both of them had no sauce or bacon. Called the store to be greeted by a rude woman to tell I was wrong and that the pizza had sauce while I'm looking at it, she's telling me I'm wrong. She then said that they can offer $5 off next time . I asked for new pizza to be delivered and they can take it back.
Customer service was extremely rude, pizza sucked.

Whatever reviews are about 241 pizza they are all wrong don't believe them. Either they are the competitors or jealous people. Because these type of reviews are I guess too much.since I am one of the customer of 241.I am really satisfied with the staffs,prices,quickness and service quality.
