I recently had my first taste of Peruvian cuisine at a local restaurant. Opting for a lamb stew, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was actually goat, and the flavors were exceptional. The generous portion size left me with enough for a hearty breakfast the next day. Despite the loud music, I look forward to seeking out Peruvian food back in Houston.
