Our recent meal at Eche Pa'echarle included Leche de Tigre, Cebiche Mixto, and the Menu Jalea with Choros a la chalaca; we had leftovers, unfortunately no pictures taken, but the Leche de Tigre had a good variety of seafood in the marinade, though it lacked a bit of sourness, and the Cebiche Mixto was also enjoyable, but next time we'll choose one or the other; the ambiance is simple yet inviting, offering a taste of authentic Peruvian cuisine through dishes like papas a la huancaina and aji de gallina, with the added bonus of live entertainment on select nights.
