My son from Calgary was to visit last week and he loves curry. So, we went to Kuku's to get their lamb curry take out, to top fresh home-made steamed rice with a side salad.
There were great chunks of bone and gristle, chips and sharp slivers of bone in with the sauce, and when we had finally finished what lamb meat we could cull from the bones, there was half a plate of bone left there.
We are glad that none of our children got this to eat, as we had a hard task not having the bone cut open our own throats. How can the Health department let this continue? We would never, ever, order from there again.
Surely this is not typical Indian curry?
