I would rate this establishment at 3.5 stars, taking into account the overall dining scene. In comparison to nearby venues, it could easily earn a 4-star rating, but when placed against uptown eateries, it may fall to a 3-star level. I find the dishes like the baked tomato pork chop on rice and Portuguese chicken curry quite enjoyable, along with their tasty Hong Kong milk tea. The menu offers a variety of options, though some items are average, but the pricing is fair, with daily specials and a relaxed atmosphere that's not too crowded.
