Sorry, but I was pretty disappointed with the experience. I bought the Wagjag for the place to try it out as I've never been there. The place was pretty much empty with only one table of 6 adults and 2 children and two separate couples plus me and a friend. The staff only consisted on one cook and one bartender/waitress. They could not keep up. First, it turned out the fridges with beer were broken so only cold beer was on the tap. Then two of the entees I wanted they were out of or was discontinued. I was forced to order something I didn't really want. We waited close to an hour for our food as the cook "was doing her best" I'm not blaming the cook or the waitress by no means. They seemed very attentive and nice. The manager/owner should have more staff there. Besides waiting for the food forever the food was nothing special at all. The bun that came with the soup was a regular big white burger bun instead of a nice crispy french bread or baguette. On top of that it was cold inside as if frozen and just taken out half hour earlier to warm up. Perogies were very blunt in taste and served with blue chees and not sour cream. Never seen that before. You can buy a lot better tasting frozen perogies than this. It's a polish restaurant with Polish name, it should be able to serve real polish home made perogies if they want people to come back. No wonder this place is falling apart and me being polish never heard about it from anyone. Then our wings literally tasted like they were reheated. I don't mean to be mean but I'm hoping the manager reads this and does something about it or he will be forced to close it soon. I for one would not want to go there again. I'm sorry. The place looks really nice from the outside as well as the inside but the service and food needs to be up to par. They need Gordon Ramsey there badly. The manager has no idea what they are doing. You'd thing they invested in the WagJag to bring more customers in. Sold the food for half price to got bad rep for not giving crap obviously. Does this make sense? Not to me.
