While in Cochrane recently, I decided to visit Thanh Thy, a Vietnamese restaurant I enjoy. The clean and simple decor of the restaurant always impresses me, as does the friendly and quick service. The Thanh Thy Special Pho I ordered was delicious, and the vermicelli with fresh veggies and rolls is always a dependable choice.
