I got a lg pizza the crust was not cooked at all I could pull the dough like cheese it was gross

Just received our delivery of Pizza and was so disappointed. Did you change your ingredients? We have always ordered your pizza and been very happy However, this one had so much "tomato sauce" on it that was all you tasted and mushrooms were almost non-existent. Really disappointed.
