I was pleasantly surprised by the homemade dumplings at Cafí© Supríªme in Gare Centrale. They were quite tasty, with a hint of spiciness, and served with a familiar sauce found in traditional Chinatown eateries. While the selection of fillings was limited compared to specialized dumpling restaurants, having access to homemade dumplings in an area dominated by more generic Chinese food is a welcome option, and I look forward to trying their wonton soup in the future.
