Hudson's offers an unbeatable combination of delicious food, including phenomenal quesadillas and heavenly bison burgers, plus a relaxed atmosphere perfect for socializing throughout the day and night. The diverse crowd is respectful, security is attentive, and the service-while occasionally slow-often shines with friendly and helpful staff who make great recommendations. Although drink prices can be steep and cleanliness could improve, the overall experience, from the lively dance floor to the game-day excitement, keeps me coming back for more.
