The bun bo hue here boasts a rich, flavorful broth with a perfect balance of lemongrass and spice, accompanied by generous portions of tender beef, though the beef shank can be a bit tough. The chicken curry with vermicelli impressed me with its mild spiciness balanced by coconut and generous drumsticks, making it a fantastic option alongside the lighter, clearer bun bo hue that I prefer.
