The Banff Upper Hot Springs was a really relaxing way to soothe my sore muscles after a long day of hiking and sightseeing, with warm mineral water and stunning mountain views that made the experience even better. It's a simple setup with showers, lockers, and even swimsuit rentals, but I'd suggest bringing your own towel and flip-flops for comfort, plus the entry fee was pretty reasonable for what you get.
