Opened at 11:30...they put a disabled elderly woman in a walker outside because they were not opening for 1 more minute. When she entered they made her wait more than 5 minutes while 3 staff set up tables for first group. 1 staff to take u to seat so queue at door waited while 3 staff chatted by the bar and ten people waited by the door. Access for the woman in walker blocked by welcome sign...When I pointed out that she had been made to wait outside and inside, staff dismissed concerns. Poorest service ever. Did not stay for the food.
