I've been a regular for two decades and always enjoyed my visits, but the recent staff changes have left me disappointed. During my last visit, I waited at the bar for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence, despite watching me walk in. The service was slow, with the server more focused on her cellphone than attending to customers. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism from the staff has made me reconsider returning in the future.
