The fish market I frequent always has top-quality cuts of salmon and other fresh fish, with reasonable prices and a cash-only policy. Over the past few visits, my husband and I have enjoyed making sashimi at home using their sashimi-grade salmon, saving us money compared to dining out for the same dish.
