A month ago, I had dinner at a cozy restaurant that felt a bit quieter than usual, with just one server attending to us. We shared a tasty Tonkatsu and Rainbow Roll, and while the prices have crept up a bit, the food was still enjoyable, especially the sushi, which was fresh and had a great variety.

I experienced dining at this cozy restaurant a month ago, and it was noticeably quieter with fewer patrons present. Despite the usual team of 3-4 servers being reduced to only one that day, the service was surprisingly fast and efficient. The Tonkatsu and Rainbow Roll we ordered were both delicious and freshly prepared, offering a satisfying dining experience even with the slight increase in prices.
