Why take the kids to Disney World when you can immerse them in the magic of watching freshly baked bagels emerge from a wood-burning oven? The joy on their faces as they learned about the bagel-making process was priceless, especially when the kind staff treated them to warm bagels fresh out of the oven. Each bite of the crunchy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside bagels, paired with a delicious cream cheese, was a nostalgic reminder of my love for authentic bagels, making it impossible to resist stocking up for future cravings.
