excellent food and service

We bought take out four dishes of two Hainanese chicken rice (HCR), and one of each large Char Kuey Teow (CKT), and Fried Hokkien Mee (FHM).
Authentic HCR must come with free range chicken instead of regular chicken with fake yellow skin. The meat was over cooked. Chilli paste wasn't spread evenly causing extremely hot in certain spot. Lately FHM must have Soh Tong as main ingredient.
