I stopped by for the Garlic Pork Cutlet lunch special, which came with rice, radish, macaroni, salad, and soup, and while the food was tasty and filling, the overwhelming garlic flavor lingered much longer than expected. I discovered Daeji when they had a location on Robson and decided to try their Garlic Pork Cutlet yesterday for lunch. The meal included rice, radish, macaroni, salad, and soup, but I was surprised by the overwhelming amount of garlic on the dish, which lingered on my palate for hours afterward. Despite the strong garlic flavor, the service was attentive, the portions generous, and the food satisfying, making it a good choice for those craving old-school Korean pork cutlets.
