On my second visit to this establishment, I noticed a positive change under the new ownership. The waterfront location at Lock 31 offers a beautiful setting with a spacious patio to enjoy the views of passing boats. The service was attentive, and our server accommodated our request for a table by the water, enhancing our overall dining experience.

We arrived as a larger group (14) tonight and were told the wait would be 30-40 mins to "let the dinner rush die down" The kitchen was apparently backed up. She said she appreciated our patience. She said we could either wait or she would take our phone number and call us. We watched multiple smaller groups walk-in or be told that the wait is only 20 minutes. We watched those same people come back and be seated. The waitress saw me looking over at her (due to the fact that she just let people walk in ahead of us). She that the "young" greeter was trying to politely ask us to leave because the kitchen couldn't handle our party size. I recommended that it would have been much easier if she just came out and said that so we didn't sit there for 30 mins with 6 kids. She said well I don't know but "I am politely asking you to leave". Unbelievable!! This is the ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever seen. This woman should NOT be in the service industry.

Had the mac an cheese. Wouldn't order again, was luke warm and dry,not very cheesy

If you eat here check your bank account. We are a month from our visit and are still dealing with them to get our double charge reversed (waiter told us first transaction didn't go through), turns out both did. Manager has not been a help he says it was a preauthorization meanwhile it was a debit card which my bank has assured me they don't do preauths on a bank card. It's been insanity to try to get refunded $61 that's rightfully mine.

Went there yesterday for dinner with my family. My husband and I both ordered the homemade burgers, they were excellent! Service was great and staff very friendly. Will definitely be going again!

Food is amazing, atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, patio is situated right on the canal of lock 31, we watched the boats coming in and out, highly recommend!

Went for breakfast last Thursday. Food was good service ok, went for dinner tonight and it was horrible serve. 45 min to get a drink order only after having to track someone down. Another 45 min to get our meal and no one come by to ask how it was and or if we wanted another drink. Will not be in bustling with a complete disregard for customer service

Horrible place. Over the years have been there three times. Each and every time we've said never again. Awesome patio, but that's were it ends!

This place used to be great.

Now it is AWFUL........we went there by boat for dinner on Monday July 15/13........they were obviously understaffed, especially in the Kitchen!! EXTREMELY SLOW service (we waited 45 MINUTES in the heat for our meals from the time we placed our orders!!!!!!!!!....... watered-down drinks, pathetic portions (the one piece fish and chips was particularly pathetic). When my daughter asked one of the staff where they got their butter tarts, she said, "COSTCO"! The Manageress (Owner??) heard her say that and 'chewed her out' right in front of my daughter!! Most of the food appeared to be deep fried or 'heated up' Costco stuff! I found what appeared to be 2 spider legs in my ice water. I asked for ranch dressing to be substituted for balsamic on my house salad......got balsamic...the two of us who ordered the fish and chips asked for the chips to be well-done but when they arrived, they were barely cooked......heard other diners voicing similar opinions......dirty smelly washrooms.....saw one of the 2 servers cleaning tables with an obviously reused cloth and a bucket of water.........the list goes on! Absolutely APPALLING! Won't be back.

Needs a complete makeover, including the Ownership/Management.
