I was on a business trip in GB NFLD I just decide to fly by the seat of my pants as my Tastes in food choices do not exist in small town NFLD! Off to Manuels which was a stones throw from my Hotel The Basement Arms, I was pleasantly surprised I ordered their tempora style battered fish it was light wafer thin exactly like some of my favorite places in Tokyo and Manilla ! 5 Star and through in some fries local style and ice cold beer! What a "Scoff" as the locals would quip! Service was very prompt and attentive ! They have it down pat! Well done Manuels !
