Last Saturday, my friends and I enjoyed the signature afternoon tea at Victoria's Restaurant, which included a variety of savory and sweet pastries, scones, and a large selection of teas. The ambiance was enchanting, the service impeccable, and the food both beautiful and delicious-definitely worth the $75 per person.
