great food and service

I am a regular customer at the lounge and was truly discussed in the way my guest and I were treated by the girl named Crystal. I understand that there has been a few changes in the last few days with staff but that is not my problem. My guest and I were left sitting at the bar with empty drinks when I decided to voice my opinion about customer service. I was then told about staff problems...which again NOT my problem. Then I was asked to leave and NEVER come back in. That is not any way to treat any paying customer let a lone a regular.
APPALLING
Be sure that I will tell the people of Cranbrook not to go to Ricky's for food & drink!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
