My husband and I frequented this cafe for brunch before hiking, enjoying the wonderful service and delicious, filling vegetarian/vegan options.

After phoning and explaining my issue with their wilted, brown, kind of mushy very disappointing bowl, I was told to return for a replacement or refund.
When I returned I was given many excuses.
I sent my daughter in with the Picture they had requested. She was treated with more rudeness and refunded $5.
We have supported your restaurant since it opened and have been pleased.
I imagine it must be difficult to run a restaurant now but was the rudeness necessary?
