While dining at 9pm on a Wednesday, my company and I found ourselves the sole patrons, likely due to its rather questionable location. The service was warm and welcoming, the ambiance clean albeit unpretentious, and the offerings were reasonably priced. The Hue style pho stood out with its robust, spicy broth teeming with an assortment of meats, though some may find the vermicelli bowl sauce lacking in the desired balance of salty, sour, and sweet flavors. The condiments were of good quality, and the fresh herbs and bean sprouts complemented the pho nicely. Overall, while not the pinnacle of Vietnamese cuisine, it certainly surpassed the offerings of nearby fast food joints and the cafeteria at General Hospital.
