To the first comment about the terrible service and food:

If you didn't complain or mention the food was bad to the cook, server or owner, how do you expect the owner to consider taking it off the bill. Some people expect back flips I tell ya. This restaurant has delicious home made food all the way down to their sauces so if you would like some "tender preservatives" McDonalds is right around the corner. If that place is packed lunch and dinner, then there is a reason for returning customers.

I think that Shawna O has a friend with a competing restaurant, since anyone who is unbiased would rave about Sammy's. The problem with faceless critics is that you don't always get the TRUTH about a great restaurant (which Sammy's is). I have been ordering from them even before they moved to their new location years ago and have never been disappointed. I travel all over Canada and am proud to say that this place serves food on par with the very best in its category, anywhere! Keep up the good work.

DISGUSTING FOOD AND RUDE STAFF!

My chicken shawarma was so overcooked that I couldn't get a fork through some of the meat. I couldn't eat after that. When we went to pay, the owner was very aggressive (we didn't even say a word) and he added the inedible sandwich to our bill. We didn't argue, just paid and left.

This was absolutely the worst shawarma I have EVER HAD IN MY LIFE and really bad service! Customers should never feel threatened for not liking a product, especially when they weren't complaining to begin with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
