Passing through the small town of Hope, I discovered a restaurant serving delicious and reasonably priced Japanese dishes, including exceptional tempura, fresh sashimi, and flavorful bulgogi. The friendly staff accommodated allergies with ease, and the generous portions of fresh vegetables made each meal enjoyable, making me eager to return on future visits.
