I just called there to ask how much it would be extra for white meat and I could not understand what they said and before I could say anything I was hung up on 🤬🤬🤬 I was just about to place a very large order - not impressed what so ever. Extremely poor customer service!!!!!

False description of food; rude staff

I am utterly disappointed and mad about their Family Sized Coleslaw salad. They don't disclose how small the size is for the salad.

I paid $7.99 for a coleslaw that was advertised as Family Size, and the container is at most a small by restaurant standard. The two forks they gave suggested their idea of "Family Sized" meant two people. (Guess their idea of family means no kids...so strange and different than other places eh?)

I talked to the staff and it was a flat "no we can't do anything about it". He did not even hear what I said because he interrupted me mid sentence.

I had to ask 3 times just for my receipt.

Eight bucks for a single serving of coleslaw. Wow. And it's not even coleslaw. It was a garden salad mix that you can get a large bag for $2.99 at Safeway.

Rude staff, they never answer their phone. The dude just stands there and honestly, I would even go as far as saying they scam your money. Had to wait 40 minutes for my order.

Don't bother with this place.

You would be a fool to not give this place 5 stars. The chicken is unbelievable. Crunchy, juicy, yet not greasy and it doesn't make me sick like your typical fast food chicken places. If you freeze it, it reheats in the oven exactly like fresh and keeps the same great taste whereas other places I've tried the same thing, and it doesn't taste nearly as good the second time around.

Nobody beats his value. You can get 20 pieces for basically 30 bucks; crazy! The owner is always working there, and clearly busts his butt to provide a very high quality, delicious product at a very low price.

When I shop at other chains or even other popular chicken places, their prices are way higher and have a lot of other problems. One other popular palace uses white bread on the bottom of the take out boxes to try and absorb all the extra grease, it's gross. LA chicken just beats the competition, hands down.

Ive been going there for years and a friend of mine told me about this place in the mid 2000's before I even lived here. I hope this places stays around forever, it's a real treat.
