This modern coffee house near New West Secondary has great coffee, fast wifi, and a nice outdoor patio on 6th Ave, making it perfect for studying or hanging out with friends. The staff are attentive and helpful, the restrooms are clean (you just need a code from them), and while the food is tasty and affordable, I'd suggest grabbing desserts from the bakery next door.

The coffee house near New West Secondary is a modern spot perfect for studying or meeting up with friends. The staff is attentive, and the washrooms are clean, although you may need a code to access them. Parking on surrounding streets is available, but it's not free.
