I have been a loyal patron of this hidden gem for years and always look forward to my visits. Although my last meal was disappointing, the exceptional customer service I received from the staff exceeded my expectations and left me impressed. I am confident that my next experience will be back to the high standards I have come to expect from this establishment.

Had the UTMOST DELICIOUS clam chowder in a sourdough bowl today for lunch!!!!
I have always loved the food and service when I come to Ugly's but this clam chowder was by far the best I have had in forever!!! Excellent job Cindy and as always service was A1 thank you Taylor!!!
