Ethiopian food is an incredible culinary adventure that everyone should experience, and Merkato Restaurant is a fantastic introduction to this vibrant cuisine. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, the portions are generous, and the flavors, especially in dishes like Doro Tibs and Gomen, are simply unforgettable.

The best food l ever test and service was great.

An absolute disgrace to us today. We ordered our food at 3:57 and told the man on the phone that we had to be at the airport. After triple confirming the time of the order with him, and having him fully agree, we arrived and the food was not ready and he told us to wait. Now I'll have no dinner before I go to the airport and fly to Vancouver. Terrible experience. Bad business. Unapologetic. Sad.
