Sushi Wasabi is my top pick for traditional Japanese sushi in Edmonton. While the menu is concise and prices lean towards the higher end, the quality of the dishes is exceptional. I give them a solid 9/10 rating for their delicious offerings like the assorted sashimi and special rolls. The service is attentive, and the overall experience is well worth it for any sushi enthusiast in the city.
