The food at Centennial was surprisingly satisfying, with homemade burgers that were a good size and a huge smoked meat sandwich that hit the spot. While the slightly overcooked onion rings were the only downside, the friendly small town atmosphere and great coffee made for an enjoyable dining experience. I would definitely recommend Centennial for delivery, as the consistently well-cooked food and friendly service make it a reliable choice for satisfying those fried food cravings.

My favourite restaurant, waitress was young and quick it was busy and she handled it all on her own, food was fast and big portions. The fries were amazing and crispy

Amazing food, service was excellent the waitress was young and nice and really knows what she was doing. There was only 1 waitress and restaurant was full and she still managed to take care of everyone in a timely matter. Food came fast and portions were huge!

The fries are the best, and club sandwich is awesome.
I would have to say everyone should go there, the owners are friendly and food is amazing, we travel from Smiths Falls to Pakeham for the food.

review_stars 03/12/2014 - Rather starve than dine there again!!
Almost tripped walking through front door, as it is so worn out that there is a dip to it. The look on the waitress face seemed disappointed that we showed up...weird!
We ordered some alcoholic drinks, waitress messed that up, brought myself and my friend wrong beer, we corrected her on what we ordered and she tried to talk us into taking them. We should of left premises then. We ordered an extra large pizza for the 3 of us. 40 min. later still waiting for it, so we asked if our order was placed, she said yes. We waited yet another 10 min. still no pizza, we were just about to call the waitress over to cancel our order and ask for the bill, the pizza was finally done. (I've had pizza delivered many times before and it always arrived within 40 min.)
Who would of thought that you could screw up a pizza, well Centennial did, it was soggy, I did not, could not eat any of it..Regardless we paid our bill, left no tip, the service and food was horrible. I recommend that you starve an extra 20 to 30 min. and keep on driving to Arnprior or Carleton Place for another restaurant...

It is a small, old stylish furnished place. The windows need a good washing, barely see through them. The waitress had a kind voice but seemed frustrated. She brought our fountain pop over to us, and it had a white film on top, I took a sip and it tasted chemically, so I asked her for a new glass and new drink, same thing with this one, so I asked her to take that one back, and my finance didn't even take a sip of his, but he asked her to take it back. We decided to leave without ordering anything, and we waited till we got home to eat, as our appetites were gone.

First and last time entering Centennial Restaurant. The waitress forgot simple items, like our cutlery, and our drinks. My burger was undercooked. All the beer bottles are stored at the restrooms, with fruit flies present. The place is a dive. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Well, the owner tells his employees they no nothing! The cook (Fern), who works on Monday and Tuesday evenings, sexually harasses the waitress non-stop, talks about porn, offers money for sex, etc. Fern is very persistent, the owner knows about this, and all the owner says it to tell Fern off. The owner usually has one waitress one per shift, for instance 7 am to 12 pm, that waitress does not get the legal 15 minute, uninterrupted break. And the waitress who works the evening shift from 12pm to 9pm, does not get the legal 30 minute uninterrupted meal break or the 15 minute break. They vegetables are not washed, the cooks do not wash their hands as often as they should. One cook is a smoker and not once have I seen him was his hands after....Oh, the cooks can have breaks all they want but the waitress forget it. If the waitress makes a mistake, the owner will take the money off her cheque, the owner gives the waitress a smock to start with, which costs $10 dollars from him, but yet, he takes the money off their cheque, and the owner does not pay for training, and he was receiving training allowance from the Government, Which they have closed his file, as they found out he was pocketing the money. I know all this as I use to be an employee there. I am not a disgruntled employee, I am shocked that, that restaurant is still operating!! And for a run down, ancient time restaurant, the coffee is $2.00 for a little cup, and the coffee is stale, as he will not throw the coffee out, even though it has been sitting for an hour or so. The restaurant is poorly operated.

Delivery food very good. Clubs, fish n chips, pizza , Cesar salad all very good. Dining in not quite as good but has improved greatly since new owner took over. Fries and onion rings are excellent.

Restaurant smells like a urinal puck/toilette.

Furnishings and decor are low budget.

Some serving staff look/act like drug addicts.

Too much cinnamon in the pizza sauce and pizzas are extremely greasy.

The interior is a dump and needs a Renovation.
