Most times we ordered simple things like Big Mac meals and were told to pull into the waiting area.
Once I refused because no one was behind me.
It's obvious this location is poorly managed and staff is lax.
Never had this issue at other McDs

West Springfield McDonald's is terrible, was waiting at outside lane while they took 6-7 inside lane orders before I went inside. Spoke with manager?? If that's a manager stop eating here, didn't even care about my problem. Terrible customer service.
