I discovered this hidden bakery tucked away in the Richmond Public Market, and while parking was a bit of a hassle, it was worth the effort. The wife cakes and egg tarts were fantastic, but I keep going back for this mysterious chewy cookie that nobody seems to have a name for; I just call it my favorite nameless Chinese cookie!
